Traveling to Arizona to Race a Mile!
This video depicts our trip to Arizona to race in the Sundown Series Track Meet. We left Thursday afternoon to make the night drive from LA to Pheonix. Upon arriving we tried to get some good rest so that we were ready for a day of running Friday. On Friday we hung around and stayed relaxed until it was time to do a short pre-race which contained a couple mile run and some short 200m intervals to get our legs moving.
