After being grounded for four months in Arizona, we decided it was time to isolate in a safer place, Puerto Vallarta Mexico. The lack of a national pandemic response in the US made us rethink our plans to wait out the pandemic in our home country. We calculated the risks and decided traveling to Mexico during COVID 19 was worth it. We chose to head south to Puerto Vallarta where we will seek temporary residency.
