Workout:
– Seated lateral raises: 5 x 8-12 (weight increasing as reps decrease)
– Upright rows: 4 x 12
– Hammer curl to shoulder press: 4 x 10 each arm
– Seated DB press: 5 x 8-12 (weight increasing as reps decrease)
– Bent over lateral raises: 4 x 12 each arm
– EZ bar curls: 5 x 10
– Tricep pushdowns: 4 x 20
