Upper Body Workout | Mom’s Show | Tracking While Traveling

Hi guys! This video is kinda all over the place but it has some footage of my mom’s show, an upper body workout & a talk on tracking while traveling and giving yourself a little more slack with certain times. Hope you enjoy this video, love you guys thanks for watching! xo

Workout:
– Lat pulldown: 4 sets of 12
– Super set: tricep pushdowns (3 x 15) with straight arm pulldowns (3 sets of 12)
– Seated cable row: 3 sets of 12
– Super set: Seated alternating DB curls (3 sets of 10 each arm) with seated Arnold press (3 sets of 12)
– Lateral raise drop set: 4 sets of 20
– Seated front raises: 3 sets of 10 each arm
– DB Incline bench press: 3 sets of 12
